Delete your Sxivo account

Account admins delete the account themselves inside the product. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

  1. Log in to Sxivo as the account admin.
  2. Settings → Security → "Delete account".
  3. Enter your password, type DELETE and confirm.

What is deleted: every user's access; names, phones, e-mails and identity documents of users and guests; message contents; attachments; stored cards; channel connections, API keys and webhooks. Billing stops and the public booking site stops answering.

What is kept: tax documents (invoices/receipts) and payment and reservation records are retained for seven years as Israeli bookkeeping regulations require — with no personal details.
