Who is behind Sxivo
Sxivo was built in Israel, out of actually running hospitality properties — not translated from an American product. So it speaks Hebrew, issues invoices that satisfy Israeli tax rules, and knows what a holiday week does to demand.
Why we built it
Anyone running a vacation rental or a boutique hotel knows the daily reality: one calendar on Airbnb, another on Booking, a third in a spreadsheet. A price set once a year that stays frozen while demand spikes. Payments chased over WhatsApp. And an owner calling to ask what came in this month.
The global tools solve part of that — in English, with paperwork that does not match the local tax authority, and no idea what happens locally at holiday time.
Sxivo exists to close that gap: one system that syncs every channel, prices against real demand, collects payments and signs contracts digitally, and reports to owners automatically — with a full right-to-left Hebrew interface and Israeli compliance built in.
